Microsoft Dynamics CRM Adapter for Dynamics GP (Great Plains)
The Microsoft Dynamics® CRM Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics GP is used to
integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics GP data. It is
available free of charge for existing Microsoft Dynamics GP customers.
For example, you can integrate Microsoft Dynamics GP customers with
Microsoft Dynamics CRM contacts giving you access to up-to-date
customer/contact information in both systems.
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics GP is intended
to be used in an implementation where Microsoft Dynamics CRM is used to
manage business contacts, track leads, enter sales orders, and perform other
sales and marketing activities. And where Microsoft Dynamics GP is used to
perform accounting functions, manage your company’s chart of accounts, and
maintain customer, vendor, item, employee, and other records.

SDK for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Adapter
In addition to built-in sales order processing integration and to
point-and-click customizations, Microsoft are introducing the
availability of an adapter software development kit. This SDK contains
documentation, templates, and sample code to help third party
developers, partners and customers who want to extend the functionality
of the Microsoft Dynamics Adapter.

GP
The adapter is only available through Microsoft Dynamics GP partners.
Please check with your existing partner or if you do not currently have
a partner we would be able to obtain the adapter on your behalf if we
are changed to your nominated Dynamics GP partner at Microsoft.

requirements
in order to be able to use the adapter you must have installed Microsoft
Dynamics GP 10.0 with service pack 4 or later and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
4.0 with update rollup 5 or later.
