Proclaim Lite - Fundraising software for the smaller charity
With the needs of the smaller charity in mind we have now added a Lite version
of Proclaim to our product range. Proclaim Lite is an affordable fundraising
database for the smaller charity.
Proclaim Lite is competitively priced starting at £495 for a single user, 1,000 records, and £1,495 for a multi-user,
5,000 records system. The annual telephone support charges are
£199 and £499 respectively. Proclaim Lite has been developed in Microsoft Access and is available in both a
Microsoft Office 97, 2000 and 2003 version. Like Proclaim, Proclaim Lite includes
full support for the new tax reclaim procedures for gift aid and even produces reports
which can be supplied directly to the inland revenue.
Both products have a comprehensive library of queries and reports including mailing
label generation. Furthermore with the direct integration to Microsoft office mail
merges can easily be performed from directly within Microsoft Word.
The full functionality of Proclaim and Proclaim Lite can evaluated from
our demonstration CD which is a full working demonstration but just limited to 50
records.
Proclaim Lite excludes the features normally only used by the larger charity. The
features not included in Proclaim Lite are as follows;
- Multiple addresses and salutations for each contact
- Diary history and to do list
- Recording of links between contacts
- Recording of promises i.e. Covenants, memberships, legacies, pledges
- Embedding of other windows objects in contact records
