Sage Line 100 formerly called Sage sovereign is aimed at established businesses, with up to 100 employees. Typically the company's accounts may be done by an accounting department and there may be up to 12 system users.

Sage Line 100 is a sophisticated accounting business suite catering for multi-currency, cost centre/departmental accounting, multi-company capability, multiple locations for stock and full graphical analysis. Additionally it can be customised to specifically suit a users own needs.

Sage Line 100 gives users control over all of their companies and subsidiaries. When users make business acquisitions, it allows them to have many different companies with different nominal ledgers. Sage Line 100 includes all the features you would expect to see in a comprehensive accounting software system and includes the following modules; nominal ledger purchase ledger sales ledger cash book stock purchase orders sales orders invoicing job costing fixed assets MIS (Management Information System).

  • Speed - the ability to process large volumes of transactions and, simultaneously, to support up to 32 users.
  • Foreign currency - the ability to trade with customers and suppliers outside of the UK. It can produce foreign currency invoices, statements, receipts and payments.

  • Group budgets - making it easy to manage subsidiary companies. It includes multi-company budgeting capabilities.

  • Multi-location - It caters for multiple depots for purchase, sale and stock transfers.

Although Sage have now released Sage 200, Sage Line 100 can still prove to be a viable option for many organisations.
